Victoria Allen — (Vicki)
Owner
Victoria is originally from Elmira, New York. She began her career as a hairstylist in 1980 in Manhattan, New York City. Over the years, her career has taken her to other large cities including; Charlotte, North Carolina and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.In Charlotte she was a salon manager, and in Pittsburgh she specialized in men’s hair replacement and styling.
She has won numerous awards and recognitions for her work with men’s hair replacement systems. Vicki’s travels eventually landed her in Mendon, New York (The Greater Rochester Area) where she opened Victoria’s Gallery Salon in the year 2000. During that time she became a certified educator for Aloxxi Chroma Colour by Nexxus products Co. She taught classes in salons in the western New York area specializing in hair colour education.
In the last 11 years, Victoria’s Gallery has grown to a staff of 7, including 2 hairstylists, 2 estheticians, 1 nail technician and 2 front desk staff. Victoria’s Gallery Salon of Mendon has achieved a reputation as a prominent salon of great quality, due to Vicki’s dedication to education, for herself as well as her staff, customer service and giving back to the community of Mendon.
She is constantly striving to better her own skills, and that of her staff, through education, in and out of the salon, team building and customer service skills. Vicki and her staff also regularly volunteer their services or donate products for local fundraisers in the Mendon Community.
Vicki lives in Mendon New York with her husband Mike and their 5 animals.
Donna Breen
Master Stylist and colorist
After 20 plus years of owning and operating her own salon in Pittsford, Donna has joined Victoria’s salon. Although an independent business at the salon, she is thrilled to have found Victoria’s, that shares her professionalism and creativity. “Being a member of this team, I find myself surrounded by inspiration, in a friendly and welcoming environment.”
Donna is a master colorist and stylist. She spent years perfecting the art of color techniques and haircutting. Her many loyal customers are a tribute to that fact. Donna believes that beautiful hair color only enhances the perfect cut, giving a woman beauty and confidence.
Bianca Ingoglia
Stylist & Esthetician
Bianca is a licensed Cosmetologist and Aesthetician, and has been in the field since 2008. Since that time she has attended numerous workshops, seminars, and continuing education classes to keep up to date on trends. She is also certified in advanced waxing, including Brazilian. At Victoria’s Salon Bianca offers hair and nail services, as well as facial and body treatments.
Bianca grew up in Irondequoit and is currently living in Chili with her boyfriend and their dog!
Alexis Taylor
Junior Stylist
Alexis is one of our newest members and our junior stylist. Even though she is new to the business she feels like she has been working with hair for years. She has won many hair competitions during her two years of school including 3rd place for an amazing up-do, she was also awarded most improved on her graduation day of cosmetology. She loves meeting new people.
Alexis is currently living in West Henrietta with her father.
Anne Browne
RN, Esthetician, LMT, Nail Technician
Anne has a range of expertise that she offers at Victoria’s Gallery Salon.She has been a Paramedical Esthetician (skin care) for 25 years. Her specialties include: Acne, anti-aging and hyperpigmentation. Treatments available are solution oriented facials, peels, microdermabrasion and waxing. She is also available for glamour make up application for any day or that special occasion.
Anne has been a nail technician for 18 years. She specializes in manicures, pedicures and Gel nails. Additionally she has 21 years’ experience in Massage Therapy and Body Treatments. At the salon Anne offers Swedish and Trigger Point massage and Salt Glow and Body Wraps.
Anne currently lives in Rochester, NY and is involve in a healing ministry program.
